Q. How often should I wash my hair?
A. As often as YOU need. Some people have an oily scalp or their hair gets dirty because of the environment they are in all day. They can wash hair everyday. Those who have dry or frizzy hair which doesn't get dirty easily can wash as little as once a week.

Q. Should I oil my scalp?
A. Oiling is practiced only in certain cultures around the world. It improves circulation in the scalp and soothes a dry scalp. It has a conditioning effect on the hair shaft. But if you have a naturally oily scalp and don't like oiling, no harm!

Q. How can I improve the quality of my hair and reduce hair loss?
A. What is good for the body is good for skin and hair! So eat, sleep and live a healthy life. Hair roots get nourishment from the blood so deficiency of iron, vitamins like B12 and D3 affects the strength of hair. Any hormonal problems should be treated. To protect hair shaft from environmental damage, cover your head when out in the sun or wind and use a conditioner or hair serum.

A. Is baldness treatable?
B. Most forms of baldness are now treatable by very simple measures especially in early stages. It is important to diagnose the cause of hair loss before treating it. 

A. Does swimming damage hair?
B. Not if you wash it thoroughly after your swim.
